We built Closely because we watched agencies lose deals to slow WhatsApp responses every single day.
The problem
It's 7pm in Accra. An agency's phone buzzes — a buyer just saw the listing for a 4-bedroom house in Cantonments and wants to know the price. The agents have gone home. The message sits unread.
By 9am the next morning, that buyer has messaged three other agencies. One of them answered at 7:02pm. That agency gets the viewing, and three weeks later, the commission.
This happens every night, in every agency, across Ghana. Not because agents don't care — because no human can be online 24/7. WhatsApp is where Ghanaian real estate happens, and WhatsApp never sleeps.
The vision
Closely starts with real estate in Ghana, but the mission is bigger: AI-powered operations for businesses across Anglophone Africa. Every clinic, school, dealership, and agency that runs on WhatsApp deserves a front desk that never closes.
We believe African businesses shouldn't have to adapt to tools built for other markets. Closely is built from the ground up for how business actually happens here — on WhatsApp, in cedis, with mobile money.
