1. The service
Closely, a product of EKD Group, provides an AI assistant that answers WhatsApp inquiries for real estate agencies, plus a dashboard for managing leads, listings, and conversations. By creating an account you agree to these terms.
2. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of the listings and information you provide — the AI answers from your data. You must comply with Meta's WhatsApp Business terms and applicable law, including obtaining any required consent from people who message your business number. You may not use Closely for spam or unsolicited outreach.
3. AI-generated responses
Closely's AI is designed to answer only from your verified listings, but AI output may occasionally be imperfect. You can review every conversation and take over at any time. Closely is a communication tool — final negotiations, contracts, and legal commitments remain between you and your clients.
4. Billing
Plans are billed monthly in advance in Ghana cedis. Trials are free for 14 days; you will not be charged until you choose a plan. You can cancel anytime from the dashboard, effective at the end of the current billing period.
5. Data
Your data is yours. We process it only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. On termination you may request export or deletion of your data.
6. Availability and liability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service — Closely depends on third parties including Meta's WhatsApp platform. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months preceding the claim.
7. Changes
